Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Spaces may NOT be held without payment and signed waiver. All of our camps / workshops / sessions are first come, first serve and must be registered for prior to the event. If you would like to be placed on our newsletter mailing list, please submit your e-mail address. Those signed up for our newsletter will be notified of any upcoming camps prior to release on social media. To sign up, click here.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are offered for classes missed. Should MAKE ART TROY find cause to cancel a class due to inclement weather and ECS school dismissal we will NOT issue credit as this is beyond our control.

Should MAKE ART STUDIO have to cancel class due to instructor illness, we WILL issue credit on your next visit/class that is equivalent to cost.

If a personal emergency arises on the part of you/your child, MAKE ART TROY may go down the wait list to see if your or your child's spot can be filled. If not, you are responsible for finding a replacement artist to take their place. Thank you for your understanding.

CHECK-IN:

All attendees MUST submit payment and check the waiver prior to any class or workshop.

IMPORTANT ART CAMP INFORMATION:

Special camps such as SUMMER MAKE ART CAMP and SPRING BREAK CAMP with multiple days are not intended to be drop-in classes. Many projects carry over from one session to the next. It is important that students attend each day to gain the most benefit from art lessons. Should you know in advance of planned absences such as family vacations, scheduled medical leaves etc., please let us know IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are offered for classes missed.

FACILITIES:

Our facilities are handicapped accessible. We do our very best to accommodate all types of needs as best possible. If you have special concerns regarding accessibility or constraints, please notify us IMMEDIATELY.

If specific snacks or drinks are required during your time at MAKE ART STUDIO, there is a small refrigerator available as well as a water fountain.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If there are any allergy concerns, please let us know prior to arrival.
